Potato Bugs

We were given a assignment to capture as many bugs as possible! We were using potatoes to lure the bugs. The potato was put into a plastic bag. |

We were put in groups of fours to see which team could think
like a potato bug. What a challenge!! Each team decided how
deep a hole to dig in millimeters to entice the potato bugs.

Using our critical thinking skills (like a potato bug) we put our potato traps where the bugs might gather. |

The team nearest the light had the most bugs.
