WATER PLANT TRIP

We walked to the water plant.  It was about a four mile walk there and back.
Our class is getting instructions before touring the plant.
This is a large vat of water for drinking.  It look for like swimming water to us.  Southwater can pump over 1,000,000 gallons of water a day if needed.  There are two wells that produce the water.  Chlorine is added to the water.  It does sometimes contain a little iron.
Our group took samples of the before chlorine is added and after.  We found the water samples to be every similar in pH, phosphate, temperature, and turbidity.
