Discussion: Knees can be made for lamps and other
pieces of furniture. Cypress knees are growths that come upward from
the water surface. Trees can range from 80 to 120 feet in height.
Fruit: Cones bell shaped. |

Leaf: The leaf is composed of needles that are 1/4 to 7/8 inches long. They are very slender and sometimes 3 sided. Needles drop off in winter. |

Bark: Brown with a fibrous look. Roots are ridged. |
